Mr. Cavale entered the life and health industry in 1986 starting his career in the Employee Benefits field. Michael received the "Eagles Award" in 1988-1993 from the National Association of Health Underwriters and the "Golden Eagle Award," for over Eleven Million in new production in 1993. This award was given only to nine members nationally. Michael also received the "Life Time Award" in 1995 for "Leading Producers Round Table." He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Michael has been recognized at the top of many companies, i.e., Blue Cross, Blue Shield, PacifiCare, Standard Insurance Company, Fort Dear Born, Great West Life, Delta Dental, Fortis and AFLAC, to name a few. Michael was cited for his work in the 1994 HEALTHCARE REFORM DEBATE as a Special Adviser during the 103 Congress of the United States.

Other areas of expertise include conflict resolution (claims issues), negotiating with providers and carriers on behalf of our clients and their employees, partially self-funding, and health savings accounts (HSA).

Michael lives in Visalia, California with his wife Stephanie. Their three sons Forrest, Taylor and Elliot are attending college. Michael is also a concert promoter in his spare time and has brought many Christian and secular music events to the Valley.
